The MHSAA Division 2 Region 7 tournament took place on Saturday, February 23 at Northway Lanes in Muskegon. This was the final event of the Red Arrow High School Bowling Season .

There were 94 bowlers from 17 schools participating in the Girls’ Division. The format was 6 individual Regular games for a “total pin” ranking; the top 10 individual scorers move on to the State Individual Tournament next weekend. Congratulations go out to OK White Conference rival from Cedar Springs, Omani Morales, on her second place finish. We wish you luck in the State Tournament next weekend.

High scorer for the Lady Arrows was Emma Blakie, who rolled high games of 161 and 179 to finish in 38th place. Other bright spots for the Lowell girls were high games of 157 and 177 bowled by Brianna Lachowski, and a pair of 150 games rolled by first year bowler Savannah Escobedo.

We want to thank exchange student Hinata Tamaki for her positive participation on the team this year, and wish her the best of luck for her future!
