Meet Recap

The Red Arrows defended their home course as they took the title at the Bob Perry Invitational by finishing 18 points ahead of 2016 winner Olivet! Leading the Arrows were sophomores Jada Millhisler (5th) and Audrey Conrad (6th) coming in at 22:08 each. Rounding out the scoring for the Arrows was Lauren Aud (8th), Haley Nieuwkoop (9th), and Katrina Droski (11th). Snagging the last medal in the varsity race was Dawn Kondor (15th) and the varsity was rounded out by Alexis Haines finishing in 17th place.

The JV runners had to battle higher temps and other runners but were able to capture five medals on the day. Theresa Judd, Marlie Fowler, and Ashley Boehr led an Arrow 1st to 3rd sweep. Other Arrows capturing medals in the JV race were Jennifer Cooper (6th) and Madeline Taylor (7th).

Next up is the Allendale Falcon Invitational where the lady’s will get their first look at the 2017 regional course.
